Dwayne Sanders

PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

Dwayne Sanders founded Gifts Need Guidance in 2012 with the vision of providing a safe haven for like-minded youth to train and pursue athletic goals. It is a way to mentor and guide the next generation to become the best version of themselves.

Sanders graduated from St. Leo University and is currently an educator with Hillsborough County Public Schools. Sanders is also in his 6th year as an assistant coach for Bloomingdale High School's football program. Previous to that he spent 5 years with the Progress Village Panther Youth organization.
